Slaughter Charge: $55/head

Processing: $0.95/lb. (hanging weight)

Curing and Smoking: $1.00/lb.

Making Bulk Sausage: $0.60/lb.

Making Sausage Links: $1.35/lb

Making Breakfast Links: $1.60/lb.

Making Patties: $0.60/lb.

Making Brats: $1.35/lb.

Adding Jalepeno & Cheese: $0.75/lb.

Adding Cheese: $0.65/lb.

Note: There will be an extra charge for larger quantities of boneless or cubed.

Sausage

We only allow two sausage flavors on a whole pig, and one flavor on a half of pig.  This is due to the fact that our mixer cannot mix a small amount of sausage thoroughly.  Thanks.
